The king room was non-smoking and adequate on lower level. The provided service was good. Could use their good parking. We appreciated spending 1 night here.

Property is extremely accommodating and reasonably clean, breakfast is not expensive. It's panoramic with really nice beds and very cozy views. Hotel staff are so very helpful.

We would stay here again, the hotel is QUIET. The venue is not only very clean, but it's in a quiet location too. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. After the arrival, we met owner, who was friendly.

Planned to see Billings major attractions and it was convenient base for visiting all of them. A microwave and a fridge in the room were an advantage.
The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like La Tinga that was only 10 minutes' walk away. If your plans include visiting Montana Audubon Center, you should stay here. We totally recommend it with confidence.
